4Tenets Consulting is an engineering and management consulting firm that specializes in helping public utilities and public-sector organizations find solutions to complex financial, legislative, and regulatory challenges. 4TC’s principal and founder has led several of the largest public  agencies in the Mid-Atlantic region and he understands the unique challenges that government agencies face in today’s rapidly changing environment. Since the firm’s creation in early 2015, 4TC has helped numerous institutional clients build organizational resiliency, improve customer service, become more performance and data driven, and implement transformative change.
